The Speaking Voice of the Catholic Church

The following steps must be accomplished to restore order and unity to all professing Roman Catholic Christians:

  1. Remove the filioque addition from the Nicene Creed and thereby recite the Nicene Creed as formulated by the first and second Ecumenical Councils.  Why?  The Nicene Creed does not contain this addition of the false and foreign filioque clause which was sprung on us in the sixth century A.D. after the decree of the fourth Ecumenical Council which admonishes all of us to keep the words of the Nicene Creed of the first and second Ecumenical Councils inviolate or else come under its anathemas.  Moreover, the Gospel of John, Chapter 15, Verse 26 states that the Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father.  "26 ὅταν ἔλθῃ ὁ παράκλητος ὃν ἐγὼ πέμψω ὑμῖν παρὰ τοῦ πατρός, τὸ πνεῦμα τῆς ἀληθείας ὃ παρὰ τοῦ πατρὸς ἐκπορεύεται, ἐκεῖνος μαρτυρήσει περὶ ἐμοῦ·" "26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:"  Finally, we must obey the Seven Ecumenical Councils and respect the work of the Holy Spirit:  GUIDING ALL OF US IN THE CHURCH INTO ALL-TRUTH.

  2. Remove the title Vicar of Christ from the Pope of Rome and forbid anyone to use that title. Why?  There is ONLY ONE HEAD OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH: THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.  How can we dare substitute a man for Christ our Lord?

  3. Do NOT look to the Pope of Rome as being the Universal Head of the Catholic Church.  For all have sinned and fall far short of the Glory of God.  No sinful man can displace the Lord Jesus Christ from His Rightful Place as being the Universal Head of the Catholic Church.

  4. Anathematize the false doctrine of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary.  The Virgin Mary is the prime example of a female who obeyed God, and chose, by her own free-will to be the vessel through which the Son of Man became incarnate.  Yet, if she were conceived immaculate and she could not sin or be tempted or choose to decline the offer, then the Annunciation of the God-Bearer would be a forgone eventuality and free-will would not have been in the equation.  The miracle is thus:  that with all the temptations, with all the possibility that she could have turned down the offer, she chose to say yes to the Archangel Gabriel.  Moreover, the false teaching of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary is foreign to the Gospel of Christ.

  5. Anathematize the false doctrine of Papal Infallibility.  History is witness to the fact that past Popes have NOT been infallible.  Pope Honarius had even fallen into heresies and been condemned by the sixth Ecumenical Council.

  6. Anathematize the false doctrine of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and leave it to conscience whether or not one could believe it; since to believe, or not to believe in this tenet makes no difference to the profession of Faith in Christ Jesus and the Salvation of the Soul.

  7. Anathematize the false doctrine of the innovations regarding the eucharistic service.  Anathematize the false doctrine that teaches of a purgatorial fire.

  8. Anathematize the false doctrine of wide-spread Baptism by Economy unless there is an emergency condition of health that prevents the normal practice of three immersions. As is the practice by application of the Holy Tradition of the Catholic Church, since the very beginning, all baptisms of children and adults must henceforth again be done by Three Immersions in the manner described by St. Basil the Great.

  9. Consider all Bishops of the Catholic Church to be equal in authority and stature.

  10. Obey the first Seven Ecumenical Councils and Holy Canons from the basis of our giving deep respect to the Holy Spirit of God.

  11. Declare the eighth through Vatican II Councils as to be "Robber Councils"; since they ARE NOT INDEED Universal in scope, since they were held only by the Roman Patriarchate without the other Patriarchates present.

  12. Resolve all future arguments over dogmatic definitions to be handled by convening an Ecumenical Council.

THEN RECEIVE THE HOLY SACRAMENTS FROM CANONICAL BISHOPS AND PRIESTS:

  1. ALL HERETIC CLERGY (ALL ORDERS OF BISHOPS, PRIESTS, AND DEACONS) MUST ANATHEMATIZE ALL FALSE TEACHINGS AND THEN BE BAPTIZED, CHRISMATED, AND COMMUNICATE; THEN TO BE ORDAINED TO THE SAME RANK.

  2. ALL HERETIC LAY PERSONS MUST ANATHEMATIZE ALL FALSE TEACHINGS AND THEN BE BAPTIZED, CHRISMATED, AND COMMUNICATE.

  3. ALL PEOPLE REFERENCED ABOVE MUST CONTINUE RECEIVING ALL AVAILABLE GRACES FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT THROUGH THE HOLY MYSTERIONS (SACRAMENTS) AND REMAIN A MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING.

"And indeed for the holy purpose of union, the Eastern orthodox and catholic Church of Christ is ready heartily to accept all that which both the Eastern and Western Churches unanimously professed before the ninth century, if she has perchance perverted or does not hold it. And if the Westerns prove from the teaching of the holy Fathers and the divinely assembled Oecumenical Councils that the then orthodox Roman Church, which was throughout the West , even before the ninth century read the Creed with the addition, or used unleavened bread, or accepted the doctrine of a purgatorial fire, or sprinkling instead of baptism, or the immaculate conception of the ever-Virgin, or the temporal power, or the infallibility and absolutism of the Bishop of Rome, we have no more to say. But if, on the contrary, it is plainly demonstrated, as those of the Latins themselves, who love the truth, also acknowledge, that the Eastern and orthodox catholic Church of Christ holds fast the anciently transmitted doctrines which were at that time professed in common both in the East and the West, and that the Western Church perverted them by divers innovations, then it is clear, even to children, that the more natural way to union is the return of the Western Church to the ancient doctrinal and administrative condition of things; for the faith does not change in any way with time or circumstances, but remains the same always and everywhere, for 'there is one body and one Spirit,' it is said, 'even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.' (Eph. 4:5-6)" Source: Constantinopolitan Encyclical by His Holiness +ANTHIMOS - Year 1895 regarding Roman Catholic/Orthodox Relations.
